Overview
This policy explains how AI Comic Generator (aicomicgenerator.best) handles information when you browse the site, create an account, purchase credits, upload references, or generate comics.

Information we process
- Account and support information: name, email address, account identifiers, login/session data, and messages you send us.
- Comic-generation data: prompts, selected style/layout, reference-image URLs, generated images, task status, credit usage, and related technical records. Prompts and reference images are sent to our AI-processing provider to perform your request.
- Payment records: plan, transaction, subscription, and billing status. The enabled payment provider processes payment-card or payment-account details; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser/device information, page/referrer, timestamps, logs, security events, and feature interactions.
- Cookies and similar storage: essential storage for authentication, security, preferences, and checkout; optional analytics or advertising storage where enabled and legally permitted.
Why we use information
We process information to provide accounts and comic generation, deliver and store results, administer credits and payments, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests, understand aggregate usage, enforce our Terms, and comply with law. We do not claim a general right to train AI models on your prompts or images under this policy.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose only what is needed to providers that help operate the service, including:
- Kie.ai, which receives generation prompts and reference-image locations and returns generated results using the selected AI model;
- the configured cloud hosting, database, object-storage, authentication, email, and payment providers;
- analytics providers enabled in site settings, which may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, OpenPanel, and Vercel Analytics;
- legal authorities or counterparties when required by law, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer.
Provider processing may occur in countries outside your own. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply.
Google advertising and analytics
Google Analytics or Google AdSense may be enabled through site settings. When Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve, measure, limit, and—only where permitted and consented—personalize ads. Where required, we will present consent choices before non-essential or personalized advertising storage. You can also restrict cookies in your browser and use the controls shown by the consent interface.
Retention and security
We retain account and generation records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, honor deletion requests, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Backups and provider records may persist for a limited period. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. Some records must be retained for security, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. Contact us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without legally valid authorization. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
