Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AI Comic Generator (aicomicgenerator.best), an online service that turns prompts and optional reference images into AI-generated comic images. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts, credits, and payments

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. Generation consumes the number of credits shown by the product. Prices, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Refund rights required by applicable law are not excluded. Payment details are processed by the enabled third-party payment provider.

Your inputs and generated output

You must own or have permission to use every prompt, name, logo, character, reference image, and other input you submit. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output under the rights described by the plan presented at purchase. AI output may not be unique and may resemble other works; we do not guarantee that output is copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for a particular use. Review output before publishing or commercial use.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote:

• illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, or evasion of safety controls;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including unauthorized impersonation or deceptive deepfakes;
• child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, or any content that endangers a child;
• non-consensual sexual content, explicit sexual services, or exploitative sexual material;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, terrorist-supporting, self-harm-promoting, or gratuitously graphic violent content;
• counterfeit documents/products, academic cheating services, spyware, or instructions primarily enabling wrongdoing;
• deceptive political/public-concern media presented as authentic, or content intended to mislead people about the service or its affiliation.

Do not upload sensitive personal data or images of another person without a lawful basis and necessary consent. Do not bypass credits, overload the service, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, or resell access without written permission. We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, or law.

Third-party services

Generation is currently routed through Kie.ai and the selected upstream AI model. Hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, and checkout may rely on other configured providers. Availability and output can depend on those services, and their terms may apply to your use.

Availability and disclaimers

The service and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available.” Models can produce errors, artifacts, bias, or unexpected content. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, character consistency, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, AI Comic Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for claims caused by your unlawful inputs, output use, or violation of third-party rights. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, or legal requirements.
