All AI models, templates, interface designs, and infrastructure provided through AI Comic Generator are protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of AI Comic Generator is aicomicgenerator.best.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that makes up the AI Comic Generator service.
The core AI Comic Generator platform, AI models, and interface remain the property of aicomicgenerator.best and our technology partners (Hugging Face).

Prohibited Activities

Creating content that is illegal, harmful, violent, racist, or sexually explicit

Reselling or redistributing content from Free plans without upgrading to commercial plans
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service

Attempting to bypass credit limitations or security features

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI Comic Generator uses artificial intelligence to create comics. Please note:

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
We do not guarantee the accuracy, consistency, or quality of every generated comic
Character consistency is a goal but may not be 100% perfect in all cases

Credits System

Credits are consumed when generating comic panels (1 credit = 1 panel)
Credits expire based on your subscription plan validity period
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
Credits are non-refundable once purchased
